目的:介绍一种计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制造(computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing,CAD/CAM)全口义齿三维数字化笑设计(three-dimensional digital smile design,3-DDSD)的方法,并探讨虚拟试排牙与常规试排牙的差异。方法:选取全口义齿修复患者1例,采用Girrbach Artex面弓和全可调牙合架(Amann-Girrbach,德国),将颌位关系转移至牙合架上,用Amann-Girrbach技工扫描仪完成数字化模型,在Ceramill Mind(Amann-Girrbach,德国)软件中完成计算机辅助设计虚拟排牙。利用inlab SW 15.0(Sinora,德国)的3-DDSD和虚拟试排牙,与患者沟通,完成数字化全口义齿的虚拟和现实试排牙过程,并比较两者之间的差异。结果:结合虚拟试排牙的三维数字化笑设计可以达到常规试排牙的效果。结论:三维数字化笑设计结合虚拟试排牙可作为一种新的试排牙的方式,可在病人无法复诊时完成试排牙。
Objective: To introduce a method of three-dimensional digital smile design (3-DDSD) for computer aided design / computer aided manufacturing (CAD / CAM) Differences between the test teeth and regular test teeth. Methods: One case of complete denture was repaired. A Girrbach Artex facebow and fully adjustable bracket (Amann-Girrbach, Germany) were used to transfer the jaw position to the occlusal frame. Amann-Girrbach scanner was used Digitized model, computer-aided design of virtual teeth extraction in Ceramill Mind (Amann-Girrbach, Germany) software. Using the 3-DDSD in inlab SW 15.0 (Sinora, Germany) and the virtual trial tooth arrangement, we communicated with the patient to complete the virtual and actual tooth extraction process for the digitized complete denture and to compare the differences between the two. Results: The combination of virtual test tooth row three-dimensional digital laugh design can achieve the effect of conventional test teeth. CONCLUSIONS: The 3D digital laugh design combined with the virtual trial-and-error arrangement of teeth can be used as a new trial-and-error method for patient test-rowing when the patient can not be referred.
