研究青霉素溶液的 pH和实验温度对用细菌内毒素法测定青霉素热原的影响。结果表明 ,青霉素溶液的PH(5 .2～ 7.0 )对试验无影响 ,温度在 36～ 39℃内为该试验的最佳反应温度范围
The effect of pH and temperature of penicillin solution on the determination of penicillin pyrogen by bacterial endotoxin method was studied.
