1 引言 宣钢一炼铁厂有2座300 m~3高炉,其原有喷煤系统建于1966年,采用1台水泥行业使用的1830 mm×6120 mm球磨机,收粉系统采用两级旋风分离器。由于该系统流程长,阻损大,制粉能力低,设备故障率高,已不能适应高炉对喷煤量的需要,严重制约着高炉技术经济指标的改善。2001年3月一炼铁厂投资570万元对喷煤系统进行了改造,改造后的喷煤系统能满足高炉煤比150 kg/t(高炉利用系数3.0)的要求。
1 Introduction Xuanhua Ironworks has two 300 m ~ 3 blast furnaces, the original coal injection system was built in 1966, using a cement industry 1830 mm × 6120 mm ball mill, powder collection system using two cyclones Device. Due to the long process flow, high resistance loss, low milling capacity and high equipment failure rate, the system can not meet the need of blast furnace for coal injection quantity, which seriously hinders the improvement of technical and economic indexes of blast furnace. In March 2001, an iron smelter invested 5.7 million yuan to reform the coal injection system. The upgraded coal injection system can meet the requirements of blast furnace coal ratio of 150 kg / t (blast furnace utilization factor of 3.0).
