自20世纪80年代以来,元认知策略已得到了学者的广泛关注。通过观察发现,我国学生的英语自主学习现状不容乐观。本文中,笔者针对如何培养中学生的英语自主学习能力这一问题,共提出了三种应对措施,如,组织英语课外活动,拓展学生对英语和说英语国家的知识,适当减轻学生学习压力等。
Since the 1980s, metacognitive strategies have received wide attention from scholars. Through observation, we found that the status quo of self-regulated English learning in our country is not optimistic. In this article, the author puts forward three kinds of countermeasures such as organizing extracurricular activities in English, expanding students ’knowledge of English and speaking English, and appropriately reducing the pressure on students’ learning so as to cultivate the self-learning ability of English students.
