目的研究牛磺酸对过氧化氢(H2O2)诱发的白内障的抑制作用及晶状体中抗氧化剂谷胱苷肽含量的变化。方法采用猪晶状体器官培养的方法,观察牛磺酸对H2O2诱发猪晶状体白内障形成的抑制作用,同时检测对照组、H2O2组和H2O2+牛磺酸组猪晶状体中谷胱苷肽的含量。结果随着培养时间的延长,H2O2+牛磺酸组晶状体混浊程度明显较H2O2组轻,且H2O2+牛磺酸组晶状体中谷胱苷肽含量明显高于H2O2组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论牛磺酸做为抗氧化剂,能抑制H2O2诱发的猪晶状体中抗氧化剂谷胱苷肽的减少,从而延迟白内障的发生和发展。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of taurine on cataract induced by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and the change of glutathione content in lens. Methods Porcine lens organ culture was used to observe the inhibitory effect of taurine on cataract formation induced by H2O2 in pigs. The contents of glutathione in the control group, H2O2 group and H2O2 + taurine group were also detected. Results With the prolongation of culture time, the degree of opacity of lens in H2O2 + taurine group was significantly lower than that of H2O2 group, and the content of glutathione in the lens of H2O2 + taurine group was significantly higher than that of H2O2 group (P <0.01) ). Conclusion Taurine, as an antioxidant, can inhibit the reduction of glutathione (GSH) in the H2O2-induced porcine lens and delay the occurrence and development of cataract.
