利用电化学试验,研究了Q235B型钢梁、ML15型栓钉、电弧熔焊焊肉及以栓钉杆为参照而组成的不同电偶对在模拟雨水和不同氯离子含量的饱和Ca(OH)2溶液中的腐蚀特性。试验结果表明:电弧熔焊焊肉的腐蚀敏感性最高,其次是冷墩栓钉头,再次为栓钉杆和钢梁;在本试验模拟的试验溶液中,焊肉与栓钉或钢梁间均具有形成电偶腐蚀的热力学条件,且随溶液腐蚀性增强,电偶对的电偶电流也随之变大;电偶腐蚀一旦发生,则焊肉的电偶腐蚀速率要高于其自腐蚀速率至少一个数量级。
Electrochemical experiments were carried out to study the effects of different galvanic couples of Q235B beams, ML15 studs, arc welding welds and studs on the saturation Ca (OH) 2 solution of the corrosion characteristics.
