目的探讨静脉高氧液联合运动训练对颅脑损伤患者运动功能恢复的影响。方法将135例颅脑损伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均给予脑损伤常规治疗和运动训练,观察组在此基础上通过静脉高氧液给药配合运动训练;分别于干预前、干预后采用简式Fugl-Meyer评分评定肢体运动功能,用Barthel指数评定日常生活能力活动(ADL)能力。结果两组干预前Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel指数评分差异无统计学意义,干预后Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel指数评分有统计学意义。结论静脉高氧液联合运动训练能明显改善颅脑损伤患者的运动功能和日常生活能力,提高其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous hyperoxia liquid combined exercise training on recovery of motor function in patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods One hundred and thirty-five patients with traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups were given routine treatment and exercise training for brain injury. On the basis of this, the observation group received intravenous hyperoxia solution and exercise training. The limb motor function was assessed by the simple Fugl-Meyer score after intervention, and the ability of daily living activity (ADL) was assessed by Barthel’s index. Results There was no significant difference in Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index before intervention between the two groups. The scores of Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index after intervention were statistically significant. Conclusion Intravenous hyperoxia liquid combined with exercise training can significantly improve the motor function and daily living ability of patients with craniocerebral injury and improve their quality of life.
