国家工商行政管理总局发布《互联网广告管理暂行办法》,明确界定互联网广告包括推销商品或者服务的付费搜索广告近年来,互联网广告发展迅速,但问题也逐步显现,互联网广告虚假违法问题时有发生。由于互联网广告有诸多不同于传统广告的特性,相关部门在查办虚假违法的互联网广告案件时也经常遇到新问题。今年7月,国家工商行政管理总局发布《互联网广告管理暂行办法》,明确界定互联网广告包括推销商品或者服务的付费搜索广告;
State Administration for Industry and Commerce released Interim Measures for the Administration of Internet Advertisements and clearly defined internet advertising as paid search advertising including promotion of goods or services. In recent years, internet advertising has been developing rapidly but the problems have gradually emerged. The fake and illegitimate issues of internet advertising have taken place from time to time. Because there are many different characteristics of the Internet advertising traditional advertising, the relevant departments in the search of false and illegal Internet advertising cases often encounter new problems. In July this year, the SAIC issued the Interim Measures for the Administration of Internet Advertisements, which clearly defined Internet advertising as a paid search advertisement for promoting goods or services.
