在人类社会步入知识经济时代的今天,人是企业发展的最根本要素,可以为企业发展带来持久的动力,如何进行以人为本的管理来提高企业竞争力是当前企业面临的一个重要挑战。因此,企业在进行现代化的管理制度改革的进程中,领导层及相关管理人员必须认识到以人为本的重要性,必须坚持以人为本的管理理念开展企业的各项工作,进而充分调动员工的工作积极性。以人为本的理念要求企业必须树立正确的人才观,合理配置人力资源,实行人性化的管理方法,培养人、用好人、尊重人、激励人,营造以团队为核心的企业文化,最大限度的激发员工创造力。
Today, as human society enters the era of knowledge-based economy, people are the most essential factor of enterprise development, which can bring lasting power to enterprise development. How to improve people’s competitiveness through human-based management is an important challenge for enterprises. Therefore, in the course of carrying out the reform of the modern management system, the leadership and related managers must recognize the importance of people-oriented and must adhere to the people-oriented management philosophy to carry out various tasks in the enterprise so as to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees. People-oriented philosophy requires that enterprises must establish the correct concept of talent, rational allocation of human resources, the implementation of humane management methods, training people, good people, respect for people, motivators, to create a team-centered corporate culture, to maximize the motivation of employees creativity.
