[目的]采用高效液相色谱法拆分制备了腈菌唑光学对映体。采用菌丝生长速率法测定了腈菌唑外消旋体及其对映体对苹果轮纹病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、梨黑斑病菌和番茄早疫病菌的生物活性,比较了对映体间杀菌活性的差异。[结果]对苹果轮纹病菌,(+)-腈菌唑和(-)-腈菌唑的EC50值分别为2.644 1、8.692 7 mg/L;对小麦赤霉病菌,二者的EC50值分别为0.738 1、4.415 7 mg/L;对于梨黑斑病菌,二者的EC50值分别为8.789 9、20.774 4 mg/L;对番茄早疫病菌,二者的EC50值分别为5.312 0、12.836 5 mg/L。[结论]对于供试菌种而言,(+)-腈菌唑杀菌活性显著优于(-)-腈菌唑。
[Objective] The optical resolution of myclobutanil was prepared by high performance liquid chromatography. The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the biological activity of myclobutanil racemates and their enantiomers against Alternanthera philoxeroides, Gibberella zeae, Alternaria alternata and Alternaria solani. Differences in bactericidal activity. [Result] The EC50 values of (+) - myclobutanil and (-) - myclobutanil were 2.644 and 1.6892 7 mg / L, respectively. For EC50 value of F. grisea, EC50 values were 8.789 9 and 20.774 4 mg / L for Alternaria alternata and EC50 values for Alternaria solani were 5.312 0 and 12.836 5 mg / L. [Conclusion] The bactericidal activity of (+) - myclobutanil was significantly better than that of (-) - myclobutanil for the tested strains.
