为研究槟榔提取物对大白鼠的血脂调节作用,以大白鼠的体重增质量、血清总胆固醇(TC)浓度、血清甘油三酯(TG)浓度、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)浓度以及动脉硬化指数(AI)等为评价指标进行研究。结果表明:槟榔的70%甲醇粗提取物及水溶出物两种受试物均能够极显著降低实验动物的血清TC、TG浓度以及AI(p<0.001),可以显著提高其的血清HDL-C浓度(p<0.05)。结论:槟榔提取物能够通过降低血清TC及TG浓度而降低由冠心病引起的死亡率及高血脂症患者的发病率。
In order to study the effect of areca nut extract on the regulation of blood lipid in rats, the body weight gain, serum total cholesterol (TC), serum triglyceride (TG), serum HDL-C concentration And atherosclerosis index (AI) as the evaluation index. The results showed that both 70% methanol extract and water extract of betel nut could significantly reduce the levels of serum TC, TG and AI (p <0.001) in experimental animals, and significantly increase the levels of serum HDL-C Concentration (p <0.05). Conclusion: Areca nut extract can reduce the mortality caused by coronary heart disease and the incidence of hyperlipidemia patients by decreasing serum TC and TG concentrations.
