日立造船公司于84年6月研制成7L80MCE型1号柴油机,该机为超长行程、低油耗的大型船用低速柴油机。为提高其可靠性,在该机上采用了下列新结构: 1.冷却管气缸套 L80MC/MCE型柴油机, 由于缸套壁厚增加,缸套上部内壁面温度升高,为了获得良好的冷却效果,该机采用了新型的冷却管气缸套。就是在气缸套上部厚壁凸缘处布置了36根呈放射状弯曲的钢管,通过激冷钢管,显著改善了缸套冷却效果。这种冷却方式比缸套钻孔冷却效果好,由于缸套可以得到较理想的温度分布,避免了钻孔缸套局部过冷引起的低温腐蚀和冷却孔出口处的高热应力问题。
Hitachi Shipbuilding Company in June 84 developed 7L80MCE type 1 diesel engine, the aircraft for long travel, low fuel consumption of large marine low-speed diesel engine. In order to improve its reliability, the following new structure is adopted on the machine: 1. Thirty-six radially curved steel tubes are arranged at the thick flanges on the upper part of the cylinder liner. By quenching the steel tube, the cooling effect of the liner is remarkably improved. This cooling method has better cooling effect than cylinder liner drilling. Because cylinder liner can obtain ideal temperature distribution, low temperature corrosion due to local overcooling of drilling cylinder liner and high thermal stress at the exit of cooling hole are avoided.
