服务管理是高速公路的附属工作,但是其重要性日益凸显。由于我国高速公路的服务管理尚处于初级阶段,因此硬件与软件设施方面仍有待完善,需要在具体实践工作中不断总结经验,以提高高速公路的服务管理水平,促进社会效益的提高。
Service management is an adjunct to the highway, but its importance has become increasingly prominent. As the service management of expressway in our country is still in the initial stage, the hardware and software facilities still need to be improved. We need to constantly sum up experiences in specific practical work in order to improve the service management level of the expressway and promote the improvement of social benefits.
