在研究传统与现代的各种计算模型与方法的基础上,开发了针对4辊、6辊、8辊及20辊轧机等多种机型且适用于冷、热轧多种轧制形式的力能参数计算系统。系统中引入了轧制规程预设定、等功率校正、金属热轧、冷轧变形阻力数据库等模型。轧制力能参数预报精度大大提高。经过现场测试及使用,轧制力能参数预报精度误差为10%左右,对生产实践具有一定参考价值。概要介绍了该系统的开发、应用及效果。
Based on the study of various traditional and modern calculation models and methods, various types of rolling machines, such as 4-roll, 6-roll, 8-roll and 20-roll mill, Can calculate the system parameters. The system introduced the rolling rules pre-set, such as power correction, metal hot-rolled, cold rolling deformation resistance database model. Rolling force parameter prediction accuracy is greatly improved. After field test and use, the prediction error of rolling force energy parameter is about 10%, which is of certain reference value to the production practice. This article introduces the system development, application and effect.
