目的:观察医院手部消毒液消毒效果与毒性情况。方法:依据《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)对其进行了实验室定量杀菌试验、手现场消毒试验与毒理学试验等。结果:该消毒液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌作用0.5 min杀灭对数值均>5.00,对白色念珠菌作用0.5 min杀灭对数值>4.00;对30人次志愿受试者手上自然菌消毒作用1 min平均杀灭对数值>1.00,上述消毒试验各项指标均达到消毒合格要求;大鼠急性经口毒性试验结果为LD50>5000 mg/kg体重;微核试验结果为阴性;多次皮肤刺激试验结果为无刺激性。结论:该消毒剂具有良好的杀菌效果,杀菌谱广、作用快,且毒性低,为实际无毒级,可用于医护人员卫生手消毒和外科手消毒。
Objective: To observe the disinfection effect and toxicity of hand disinfectant in hospitals. Conclusion: The disinfectant has a good bactericidal effect, broad bactericidal spectrum, fast action, low toxicity and practical non-toxic level, which can be used for sanitation hand disinfection and surgical hand disinfection of health care workers.
