煤炭资源开采中遭受着多种自然灾害的严重威胁,矿井粉尘尤其是呼吸性粉尘就是其中之一,严重影响安全生产的同时对矿工的生命健康构成极大威胁。基于此,提出了超微磁化泡沫这一全新的除尘理念,并开展了广泛的实验室研究。以不同粒径的超微泡沫为研究对象,通过磁化泡沫与非磁化泡沫的对比,得到随超微磁化泡沫粒径的减小,其对呼吸性煤尘的降尘效率逐渐增大,同时,磁化的引入对超微泡沫降尘效率的提高有显著影响。另外,实验过程中还发现了若干有价值的实验现象,为日后对超微磁化泡沫降尘规律的深入研究及泡沫制备系统的简化提供了新的方向。
