目的:观察加味鳖甲煎丸(JWBJ)对肝纤维化大鼠模型血清IgG的影响。方法:用人血清白蛋白和CCl4的方法[1]分别制作大鼠肝纤维化模型,在成模前预防治疗和成模后治疗,用免疫扩散法测定大鼠血清IgG含量。结果:JWBJ预防治疗大,中剂量组及治疗大剂量组与各自的模型组相比均可使白蛋白所致肝纤维化大鼠血清IgG含量明显降低(P<0.05);JWBJ预防治疗大剂量组与模型组相比可使CCl4所致肝纤维化大鼠血清IgG含量明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:JWBJ可降低人血清白蛋白和CCl4所致肝纤维化大鼠过度产生的IgG,表明JWBJ对机体免疫功能有一定的调节作用,对肝纤维化的治疗有一定的参考意义。
Objective: To observe the effect of JWBJ on the serum IgG in hepatic fibrosis rat model. METHODS: Rat hepatic fibrosis models were prepared using the methods of human serum albumin and CCl4 [1]. Pretreatment and post-mold treatment were performed. The serum IgG levels were determined by immunodiffusion. RESULTS: Compared with their respective model groups, JWBJ prophylaxis treatment for large, medium-dose and large-dose treatment groups significantly reduced serum IgG levels in rats with albumin-induced hepatic fibrosis (P<0.05); JWBJ prophylactic treatment for large doses Compared with the model group, the serum IgG level in the rat liver fibrosis induced by CCl4 was significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion: JWBJ can reduce the overproduction of IgG in rats with liver fibrosis induced by human serum albumin and CCl4, indicating that JWBJ has a certain regulatory effect on the immune function of the body, and has certain reference significance for the treatment of liver fibrosis.
