鱼胆中毒是一种严重的临床急症 ,尤以急性肾功能衰竭为最突出表现 ,同时可合并消化道、肝脏、心脏等多脏器损害 ,病死率高。本院自 1993年 4月～ 2 0 0 2年 4月共收治 10例急性鱼胆中毒患者 ,均抢救成功。现报告如下 :1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料10例患者均有明确的服用生鱼胆
