钢锭内部温度分布是钢铁热处理过程中最重要的参数之一,但是常规的测量方法和手段不能保证高温环境下、长期测量的精度。针对某钢厂出现的钢锭过加热问题,采用流体力学计算方法建立钢锭的三维非稳态导热模型,并针对该钢厂此钢锭的少量现场测量数据确定模型参数,分析钢锭内部温度分布,修正和调节目前钢厂运行的一维钢锭温度预测模型,确保在线控制模型的预报精度。
The internal temperature distribution of steel ingot is one of the most important parameters in the heat treatment of steel, but the conventional measurement methods and measures can not guarantee the accuracy of long-term measurement in high temperature environment. Aiming at the steel overheating problem in a steel mill, a three-dimensional unsteady thermal model of the steel ingot was established by hydrodynamic calculation method. The parameters of the model were determined by a small amount of field measurement data of the steel ingot. The temperature distribution inside the steel ingot was analyzed, Adjust the current one-dimensional steel ingot temperature prediction model of steel mills to ensure the accuracy of online control model prediction.
