赤芝RP-HPLC色谱特征图谱研究

目的:建立赤芝RP-HPLC色谱特征图谱,为赤芝药材的质量控制提供依据。方法:以灵芝酸A为内参照物,采用Kro-masil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈(A)-0.03%磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相,进行梯度洗脱(0~35 min,32%→33%A;35~38 min,33%→37%A;38~60 min,37%→40%A;60~70 min,40%A),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长252 nm,柱温35℃。结果:获得了较为理想的赤芝药材HPLC特征图谱,确定了19个共有峰。根据聚类分析结果,将赤芝药材分为2类。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于赤芝药材的质量控制。 Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC chromatogram of Ganoderma lucidum and provide the basis for the quality control of Ganoderma lucidum. Methods: Ganoderic acid A was used as an internal standard and eluted with Kro-masil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) and acetonitrile (A) -0.03% phosphoric acid solution (B) 0 to 35 min, 32% to 33% A, 35 to 38 min, 33% to 37% A, 38 to 60 min, 37% to 40% A, 60 to 70 min, 40% min-1, detection wavelength of 252 nm, column temperature 35 ℃. Results: The HPLC chromatogram of red ginseng was obtained, and 19 common peaks were identified. According to the results of cluster analysis, the medicinal materials of Ganoderma lucidum were divided into two groups. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable and can be used for the quality control of Ganoderma lucidum.
