目的分析在下肢骨折护理中应用护患沟通技巧的临床效果。方法分析样本选取该院在2015年2月-2016年2月间所收治的下肢骨折100例患者,将计算机表法作为分组方式,对照组50例、观察组50例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组给予护患沟通技巧,对比2组的护理干预效果。结果观察组患者对于医护工作者服务满意度、依从性相比对照组显著更优,样本数据经对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将护患沟通技巧应用至下肢骨折患者护理中,能够令患者在治疗疾病全程中积极参加,实现护理质量与护患和谐关系的改善。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of using nurse-patient communication skills in lower extremity fracture care. METHODS: A total of 100 patients with lower extremity fractures were selected from the hospital from February 2015 to February 2016. The computerized method was used as the grouping method, 50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the observation group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given the nursing-patients communication skills, compared with the nursing intervention effect of the two groups. Results In the observation group, the service satisfaction and compliance of health care workers were significantly better than that of the control group. The difference of the sample data was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of nurse-patient communication skills to the care of patients with fractures of lower extremities can enable patients to actively participate in the treatment of disease throughout the whole process, and improve the harmonious relationship between nursing quality and nurse-patient.
