采用熔铸方法制备了Al-Mg-Cu-Sn-Ga合金.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、维氏硬度测试、压缩性能测试、浸泡腐蚀等方法,研究了In含量对铸态合金的显微组织、力学性能及腐蚀降解性能的影响.结果表明,合金主要由Al基体相、长条状Al2MgCu相和骨骼状Mg2Sn相组成.此外,还有少量的Ga5Mg2相以线状分布在Al2MgCu相中,In元素于合金基体晶界中偏析.当In含量为1%时,合金的硬度(HV)达到142,抗压强度达到582 MPa,而降解腐蚀速率达到4.7 g/h.“,”Al-Mg-Cu-Sn-Ga alloys were prepared by smelting-casting method.The effects of indium addition on microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion properties of the based alloys were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electronic microscope (SEM),Vickers hardness,compression testing and immersion test.The results show that the alloys mainly consist of Al matrix phase,long strip Al2MgCu phase and skeleton Mg2Sn phase.In addition,a small amount of line-like Ga5Mg2 phases are distributed the Al2MgCu phases.The indium element is segregated at the grain boundaries of the alloy matrix.When the content of indium element reaches to 1%,the hardness,compressive strength and degradation rate of the alloy reach 142 HV,582 MPa and 4.7 g/h,respectively.
