介绍了利用微型计算机改造传统机械分度头，使其实现智能化的方法，分析了分度误差产生的原因，提出了补偿分度误差以提高分度精度的对策。
The method of using microcomputer to transform the traditional mechanical indexing head to realize its intelligence is introduced. The reason of the error of indexing is analyzed. The countermeasure of compensating the indexing error and improving the indexing precision is put forward.
