为了加强计划免疫工作的规范化管理,妥善解决冷链运转工作中存在的具体问题,我们根据预防接种工作的特点,结合本地实际,试行开展了乡村门诊化预防接种工作。自1990年10月开展此项工作以来,许湾乡0～7岁儿童入保率由87％升到99％;四苗覆盖率由96.5％上升到98.9％,促进了全乡计划免疫工作的深入开展。通过乡村门诊化预防接种工作的开展,我们深深体会到:在一个乡(镇)若要搞好冷链运转工作,开展乡村门诊化预防接种工作是切实可行的。但必须做好以下几方面的实际工作。
