针对高架桥面沥青铺装避免振动碾压的要求,研究了一种适合静碾压实的沥青混合料。从机理上分析了加入改性剂RST和聚酯纤维对SMA沥青混合料施工和易性的改善作用。采用旋转压实法评价了实现压实所需要的压实功,并与传统SMA进行对比。结果表明静碾SMA-13实现压实可节省25%的压实功,更容易压实,且性能有所提高。通过对实体工程的现场压实度的监测,确定了钢轮和胶轮的静碾压实工艺及3遍钢轮加3遍胶轮的最佳静碾方法。
In order to avoid the requirement of vibratory rolling on asphalt pavement of viaduct deck, a kind of asphalt mixture suitable for static compaction is studied. From the mechanism analysis of the modifier added RST and polyester fiber SMA asphalt mixture construction workability improvement. The compaction effort needed to achieve compaction was evaluated using rotary compaction and compared with the traditional SMA. The results show that the static compaction of SMA-13 can save 25% compaction, make it easier to compaction and improve its performance. Through the on-site compaction monitoring of physical engineering, the static rolling compaction technology of steel drum and rubber tire and the best static grinding method of 3 times steel wheel plus 3 times rubber wheel were determined.
