通过溶胶-凝胶法分别制备了La3+-Ce3+共掺杂及Fe3+-Ce3+共掺杂的TiO2纳米粉体。利用透射电镜(TEM)对粒子的形貌和粒径进行了表征,并用分光光度法研究了粉体对甲基橙溶液的降解。通过分析共掺杂离子的掺杂量和样品的煅烧温度对降解率的影响,对所制备粉体的光催化性能进行了研究。结果表明,La3+-Ce3+共掺杂的TiO2粉体其光催化活性有较大提高。
La3 + -Ce3 + co-doped and Fe3 + -Ce3 + co-doped TiO2 nano-powders were prepared by sol-gel method. The morphology and particle size of the particles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and the degradation of methyl orange solution was studied by spectrophotometry. The photocatalytic properties of the prepared powders were studied by analyzing the influence of the doping amount of co-doping ions and the calcination temperature of the samples on the degradation rate. The results show that the photocatalytic activity of La3 + -Ce3 + co-doped TiO2 powder is greatly increased.
