目的:对TCD、CTA、MRA及DSA在脑动脉瘤诊断过程中的意义进行分析探究。方法:选取在我院接受治疗的120例脑动脉瘤患者作为本次研究对象,分别采用TCD、CTA、MRA及DSA对其进行检查,对比分析检查结果情况。结果:DSA检测的总错误率(3.34%)明显低于CTA的总错误率(29.17%)、MRA的总错误率(30.84%)及TCD的总错误率(31.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DSA检测的满意程度(95.00%)明显高于CTA的满意程度(60.00%)、MRA的满意程度(55.00%)及TCD的满意程度(50.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:DSA检测脑动脉瘤的准确性高,错误率低,明显优于MRA及CTA、TCD,安全性高,值得推广应用。
Objective: To analyze the significance of TCD, CTA, MRA and DSA in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysm. Methods: A total of 120 patients with cerebral aneurysm who were treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. TCD, CTA, MRA and DSA were used to examine them respectively. The results were compared and analyzed. Results: The total error rate (3.34%) of DSA test was significantly lower than that of CTA (29.17%), MRA total error rate (30.84%) and TCD total error rate (31.67%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction degree of DSA (95.00%) was significantly higher than that of CTA (60.00%), satisfaction of MRA (55.00%) and satisfaction of TCD (50.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: DSA has high accuracy and low error rate in detecting cerebral aneurysms, which is obviously superior to MRA, CTA and TCD, which is safe and worthy of popularization and application.
