通过对乡村中学生体育锻炼选择最佳的锻炼时间、不同项目的着装、运动前如何热身、运动后的营养补充和运动损伤的防范等几个方面的理论学习和实践探索,得出乡村中学生冬季体育锻炼所采用的有效途径、方法、手段和模式,对促进学生身体形态、身体机能的发展和提高身体素质、运动能力的重要作用,为提高学生的体质健康水平,促进学校体育工作提供有益的参考。
