在社会主义市场经济条件下,企业管理被赋予了新的内涵,人本管理成为企业管理的核心。人本管理的实质即企业即人,企业靠人,企业为人;实施人本管理是企业摆脱困境走向成功的必由之路。日本重视人本管理使其经济崛起的事实对我国企业具体实施人本管理有重要启示。应从注重情感管理,创造良好工作环境;尊重职工民主权利,提高职工参与意识;引入竞争机制,造就公平竞争人尽其才的氛围;建立有效的激励机制,搞好人才管理等四方面推动人本管理在我国企业中的具体实施。
