为探讨葎草的组织构造、粉末特征及常见的理化特性,采用常规制片方法对葎草的组织构造、粉 末特征进行了鉴别研究;用紫外光谱法对其进行理化研究。通过实验得出显微及理化方面的主要鉴定特征。 In order to study the tissue structure, powder characteristics and common physicochemical properties of Valeriana communis, conventional methods were used to discriminate the structure and powder characteristics of Valeriana officinalis; the physical and chemical properties were studied by UV spectroscopy. The main characteristics of microscopic and physicochemical properties were obtained through experiments.
