目的现在经常有从事临床护理工作的护士包括少数年轻的护理骨干要求调换工作岗位,从事辅助科室和相关科室工作。了解护士频繁要求调换工作原因,以帮助管理层及护士本人正确地分析认识工作压力,设法减少工作压力,增加收入,提高待遇从而提高护士的工作效率及护理质量。结果:临床护士的转岗源依次为:护理工作压大力,强度大,风险大,社会地位偏低,收入较少,工作量及时间分配问题;环境及资源方面的问题;病人护理方面的问题;管理及人际关系方面的问题;个人基本素质的问题等。
Objectives Nowadays, nurses working in clinical nursing often include a few young nursing cadres who are required to change jobs and work in auxiliary departments and related departments. To understand the nurses frequently asked to change jobs, to help management and nurses to correctly analyze and understand the work pressure, try to reduce the work pressure, increase income, improve treatment to improve nurses’ work efficiency and quality of care. Results: The nurses’ turn-taking sources are as follows: nursing work pressure is strong, strength, risk, social status is low, less income, workload and time distribution issues; environment and resources issues; patient care issues; Management and interpersonal issues; the basic quality of the individual issues.
