我行现有职工115人,其中30岁以下的青年86人,占总人数的73%。这些年轻人文化程度比较高,有理想,比较强调要“实现自我”,也就是说,他们在走上社会时,心中已经有了一个打算,并以此为参照来设计自己、完善自己。几年来,我们注意青年职工这一特点,在工作实践中不断加以引导激励,使他们将个人理想与社会需要、工作需要相结合,造就一支思想活跃、积极进取的年轻职工队伍。加强思想教育,帮助青年调整价值观念青年人都有自己的美好憧憬,
