随着高职公共英语课程的改革,高职公共英语教师的专业发展显得尤为重要。基于对不同职业阶段的公共英语教师的教师访谈,结合当前高职公共英语课程的现状,分析了各个职业阶段教师的专业发展现状和问题,并为其提供了专业发展的有效策略,以期为教师的宏观管理和个人成长提供借鉴意义。
With the reform of higher vocational public English courses, the professional development of higher vocational public English teachers is particularly important. Based on the interviews with teachers of public English teachers in different occupational stages and the current status of the public English courses in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the professional development status and problems of teachers in various vocational stages and provides them with effective strategies for professional development in order to provide teachers The macro-management and personal growth provide reference.
