长期以来,企业一直缺乏行之有效的考核制度,而且考核结果与员工的工作表现、收入待遇关系不大,这样的考核制度无疑是起不到激励效果的。因此,企业一定要根据各个岗位的工作性质、难易程度、风险隋况、劳动强度及责任轻重等制定一套科学的业绩考评体系,严格按照各个员工的工作表现和经营业绩来评定考核成绩,并将考核结果与个人的收入报酬和晋升机会机密连接在一起。
