采用间歇加力试验法研究非晶聚合物材料 PMMA的分子运动 -温度关系 .由间歇加力形变 -温度曲线 ,确定了特征温度 Tg 和 Tf,同时进行了定量计算 ,包括初始高弹模量 Eo、高弹态下单位体积缠结网链数 N1 、缠结点间平均分子量 Mc、玻璃态时线热膨胀系数 βg 及高弹态时线热膨胀系数βe.
The molecular kinetic-temperature relationship of amorphous polymer PMMA was studied by means of intermittent force test.The characteristic temperature Tg and Tf were determined from the intermittent force-strain-temperature curves, and the quantitative calculations including initial high modulus Eo , The number of entangled network chains per unit volume in high elastic state, the average molecular weight between entangled points, the coefficient of thermal expansion βg at glassy state, and the coefficient of linear thermal expansion βe at high elastic state.
