利用齿轮传动的高效率和永磁传动机构在滑差传动无磨损的特点,提出了永磁滑差传动机构封闭行星齿轮差动传动机构,得到一种速比范围在6左右的汽车用新型无级变速系统。通过分析系统的工作原理及影响因素,设计了控制传动部分的功率流路线和工作模式。经理论计算后得出系统的效率与传动比的关系,结果表明系统在大部分工况下效率为85%左右,为进一步的研究提供了依据。
Utilizing the high efficiency of gear transmission and the characteristics of wear-free transmission in permanent magnetism transmission mechanism, a permanent planetary slip differential gear mechanism with closed planetary gear differential transmission mechanism is proposed, and a new type of automobile with a speed ratio range of about 6 Transmission system. By analyzing the working principle and influencing factors of the system, the power flow route and working mode for controlling the transmission part are designed. The relationship between system efficiency and transmission ratio is obtained through theoretical calculations. The results show that the efficiency of the system is about 85% in most conditions, which provides the basis for further research.
