目的 :初步探讨兔眼球摘除后眼眶畸形发育的机制。方法 :选取 7只 1月龄、体重相近健康的新西兰幼兔 ,行单侧眼球摘除 ,另一侧作为对照。手术 1个月后将兔处死 ,对比研究双侧眼眶的大体形态学和眶骨组织学改变 ,并测量反映骨吸收情况的骨计量学指标N Oc/B Pm。结果 :眼球摘除侧眼眶发育畸形 ,摘除侧骨组织吸收现象活跃。结论 :眼球摘除后骨吸收异常参与了眶骨的畸形发育 ,摘除侧眶骨自身的塑造是一个异常的过程
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of ocular orbital deformity after enucleation of rabbit eyes. Methods: Seven New Zealand rabbits, one month old and close healthy weight, were enrolled in this study. Unilateral eyeball excision was performed and the other side served as a control. The rabbits were sacrificed one month after surgery, and the gross morphological and orbital histological changes of the bilateral orbits were compared. The bone metrology index N Oc / B Pm reflecting the bone resorption was measured. Results: Orbital deformity on the enucleation of the eyeball and the absorption of the lateral bony tissue were active. CONCLUSION: Abnormal bone resorption after enucleation is involved in the development of orbital deformity. Ablation of the orbital bone itself is an abnormal process
