单脉冲雷达中和、差信号的微波馈线与接收机的连接处是两分系统的边绿地区,常常成为工程研制时不易引起重视的环节。过去不少雷达由于该环节设计不当,造成整机性能恶化。基于这种情况,我们在研制舰载单脉冲雷达时提出了一种半自动波导接口装置。尽管该设想未见到先例,并且加工也有一定难度,但我们大胆地对三根波导馈线同时实现半自动连接作了尝试,在车间工人同志积极配合下,终于设计成功。本文首先描述了该接口的重要性、旧式设计的弊端和新装置的构造,以及新装置如何正确解决了可靠性与可维护性的矛盾,最后给出了整机联试与远洋航行使用中的测试数据。
Monopulse radar and the poor signal of the microwave feeder and the receiver is a two-point system at the edge of the green area, often become engineering development is not easy to pay attention to the link. Based on this situation, we proposed a semi-automatic waveguide interface device in the research of shipborne monopulse radar.
