为使预应力混凝土空心板桥经济性更加得到彰显,上世纪90年代,国内部分专家学者通过研究,将空心板单块板宽增至1.55m,并且使截面挖空率最大达到70%以上,使得结构的材料特性得以充分发挥。若干年后,发现该类桥梁普遍存在桥面沿铰缝纵向开裂严重、坑槽、板体反拱过大等等影响桥梁运营安全与舒适性的结构性病害。文章通过对江西昌樟高速公路药湖大桥存在的结构性病害产生机理及其处治对策研究进行叙述。以期抛砖引玉,能为类似桥梁的维修加固提高供参考。
