对33例新生儿高胆红素血症光疗前后的水钠代谢及血浆抗利尿激素(ADH)、血清醛固酮(ALD)浓度的变化进行了观测。结果显示:光疗期水钠代谢均有增加,入液量9.63ml/(kg.h),入纳量0.0651mmol/(kg.h).光疗期血浆ADH浓度无显著变化,血清ALD浓度则有下降.
The changes of water and sodium metabolism, plasma anti-diuretic hormone (ADH) and serum aldosterone (ALD) concentrations in 33 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia before and after phototherapy were observed. The results showed that water and sodium metabolism increased during the phototherapy period, and the infusions were 9.63ml / (kg.h), and the admittance was 0.0651mmol / (kg.h). There was no significant change in plasma ADH concentration during phototherapy period, while serum ALD concentration decreased.
