为了研究严寒地区人体热适应性以及该地区冬季适宜的供暖温度,对哈尔滨市住宅建筑和办公建筑室内热环境和人体热舒适进行了9个月的连续调查。结果表明:供暖期间平均室温都接近或超过24℃,办公建筑受试者的着装明显多于住宅的。热中性温度随着平均室温的升高而逐渐提高,既不利于人体健康,也增加了供暖能耗,建议冬季供暖采用标准推荐的下限值,且供暖初期、供暖中期和供暖末期的室温也依次降低,如依次采用20℃、19℃和18℃,以充分利用人体的热适应性,实现可持续的建筑环境设计。
