近年来,由于居住小区规模的逐步扩大,许多按照城、镇规模建设的建筑群(主要为居住小区)的智能化建设,逐渐进一步延伸为数字化社区、数字化城镇的规模:“十二五”期间,政府用于建设智慧城市的各方投资总规模有望达5000亿。炒作多年的“智慧城市”终于迎来了“智慧社区”的分水岭,201 3年春节后,全国各地对“数字化社区”、“智慧社区”建设的投入给予了较大关注,给持续低迷的国内中低端门禁市场引来一丝新的转机。另一方面,传统意义上的智能小区安防受政府在“平安社区”概念上的影响,全国各地“出租屋门禁”试点工程近几年又进一步得到落实:从产品设计及技术整合上又彻底改变了小区门禁从传统低端应用走向中高端技术应用的突破。
