目的:研究摘花序与人工授粉对丹参生长、产量和品质的影响。方法:于开花期摘除花序或进行人工授粉,测定丹参的形态指标和根部产量,并采用HPLC测定丹参的活性成分含量。结果:摘花序有利于丹参地上部及地下部的生长,并显著增加活性成分含量。经人工授粉的丹参在果期的结实率达到53.95%,单株结籽数为自然条件下的16.6倍,且并不影响丹参产量、活性成分含量。结论:摘花序可提高丹参药材的产量和品质;人工授粉显著提高丹参结籽数、结实率。该研究为丹参种质资源栽培提供了理论依据。
Objective: To study the effects of inflorescences and artificial pollination on growth, yield and quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods: The inflorescences of inflorescences or artificial pollination were performed at the flowering stage. Morphological parameters and root yield of Salvia miltiorrhiza were determined. The content of active ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza was determined by HPLC. Results: The inflorescences were beneficial to the growth of Danshen aboveground and underground parts, and significantly increased the content of active ingredients. Salvia miltiorrhiza made by artificial pollination reached 53.95% in seedling stage and seed number per plant was 16.6 times in natural conditions, and did not affect the yield and active ingredient content of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Conclusion: The inflorescences can improve the yield and quality of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Artificial pollination can significantly increase the seed number and seed setting rate of Salvia miltiorrhiza. The study provides a theoretical basis for the cultivation of Salvia miltiorrhiza germplasm resources.
