目的探讨西地那非对阴茎勃起角度和性交维持时间的影响。方法:从2000年8月~2001年12月对临床诊断为ED的600例患者进行了口服西地那非(万艾可)治疗,并对获得门诊随访的85例患者进行了进一步临床调查。年龄29~68岁,平均52.9岁。85例患者用药前及用药4周后除分别进行国际勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)问卷之外,特别以勃起角度及性交维持时间做了调查。研究以IIEF-5问题2和3变化结果作为客观疗效,分为4级:=0无效;=1好转;2~4有效;≥5显效。结果:服药4周后门诊随访。IIFF-5问卷评分有效43例,显效28例,总有效率83.53%。用药前后阴茎勃起硬度足够维持性交的人数分别为52例及74例,维持足够时间的人数分别为20例及68例,有显著差异(P<0.001﹚患者对勃起功能改善的自我评价为:认为疗效显著的43例,认为有效的6例,认为说不清的11例,认为无效的5例,总体满意度81.17%。结论:西地那非能使患者阴茎勃起角度增加,也就是硬度增加,同时,能够明显延长性交时间。客观疗效及患者满意度均超过80%。 Objective To investigate the effect of sildenafil on penile erection angle and sexual intercourse duration. METHODS: Six hundred patients clinically diagnosed with ED were treated with oral sildenafil (Avastin) from August 2000 to December 2001 and 85 patients undergoing outpatient follow-up were further investigated. Age 29 ~ 68 years old, average 52.9 years old. 85 patients before and after treatment for 4 weeks in addition to the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-5) questionnaire, especially in terms of erectile angle and sexual intercourse were investigated. CONCLUSIONS: Sildenafil increased the penile erection angle of the patient, which is an increase in hardness, and at the same time significantly prolonged sexual intercourse. Objective efficacy and patient satisfaction were more than 80%.
