目的探讨人工髋关节置换术后康复锻炼的临床效果。方法选取124例于2014年5月—2015年5月在我院行人工髋关节置换术患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组术后行常规护理,观察组于对照组基础上施加康复锻炼,观察并比较两组康复情况。结果两组患者术前Harris评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术后1年及2年的Harris评分较对照组明显更高,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛、跛行的发生率分别为17.74%、41.94%,较对照组的51.61%、77.42%均明显更低(P<0.05),患肢屈髋角度≥90°及臀肌肌力≥4级的发生率分别为95.16%、90.32%,较对照组的66.67%、32.26%均明显更高(P<0.05)。结论对人工髋关节置换术患者于术后行康复锻炼有利于促进髋关节功能的恢复,同时减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rehabilitation exercise after artificial hip replacement. Methods 124 patients undergoing artificial hip arthroplasty in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing after operation. The observation group was on the basis of control group Rehabilitation exercises were applied to observe and compare the rehabilitation of the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in preoperative Harris score between the two groups (P> 0.05). The Harris score at 1 year and 2 years after operation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The incidences of postoperative pain and claudication in the observation group were 17.74% and 41.94%, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (51.61% and 77.42%, P <0.05) The incidence of grade 4 was 95.16% and 90.32% respectively, which was significantly higher than that of control group (66.67% and 32.26%, P <0.05). Conclusions The rehabilitation of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty can promote the recovery of hip joint function and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
