本文测定了50例女性SLE患者血清雌二醇、睾酮水平,其中32例检测了其PBMC产生IL-2活性,23例检测了其PBMC产生γ-干扰素活性。结果表明:患者血清雌二醇升高,睾酮下降(P<0.01),其PBMC产生IL-2活性降低,且初发患者血清雌二醇水平与其PBMC产生IL-2活性呈直线负相关。为进一步阐明SLE发病机理提供了线索。
In this study, serum estradiol and testosterone levels were measured in 50 women with SLE. Of these, 32 were tested for IL-2 production by their PBMCs and 23 were tested for IFN-γ production by PBMCs. The results showed that serum estradiol and testosterone were decreased (P <0.01), and the activity of IL-2 in PBMC was decreased. The serum estradiol level in newly diagnosed patients was negatively correlated with IL-2 activity in PBMC . It provides clues to further elucidate the pathogenesis of SLE.
