我国的交通运输目前面临着运输能力不能满足国民经济发展要求的严重形势,在若干地区已成为发展城乡工农业的主要障碍,而在铁路、公路、水运和航空等运输手段之间既缺乏统广布署和协调又没有大力开展联运协作.因此,根据各种运输工具的性质和运营范围,发挥其特长,组织分工合作以形成统一运输网,搞活流通领域,已是迫不及待的任务。交通运输业与工农业、旅游业、城市建设的发展有着密不可分的内在联系,我们应努力提高对这种规律性的认识,免贻后患。因此,建议从速建立统一的计划管理机构及研究中心,从事战略问题的研究,为四化建设做出贡献。 At present, China’s transportation is facing a serious situation in which its transport capacity can not meet the requirements of national economic development. In some areas, it has become a major obstacle to the development of industry and agriculture in urban and rural areas. However, there is a lack of unified transportation between railways, highways, waterways and airlines Deployment and coordination have not been vigorously carried out in the intermodal cooperation.Therefore, according to the nature and scope of operation of various means of transport, to play its specialty, the organization of division of labor to form a unified transport network, enliven the flow of circulation, is an impatient task. Transportation and industry, agriculture, tourism and urban construction are inextricably linked with each other. We should make every effort to raise our awareness of this regularity and avoid any future affliction.
