目的:观察微创光凝术联合超声乳化人工晶状体植入术治疗青光眼合并白内障的临床效果。方法:选取2018年11月至2019年11月河南科技大学第一附属医院眼科收治的150例(150眼)青光眼合并白内障患者,男77例,女73例,年龄(55.48±4.23)岁,年龄范围为50~62岁。采用随机数表法将患者随机分为微创组(n n=75)与超声组(n n=75),超声组采用超声乳化人工晶状体植入术,微创组在超声组的基础上给予微创光凝术,比较两组患者术后的眼压、前房深度、视力变化及并发症的发生情况。n 结果:两组患者术前和术后1 d的眼压和前房深度比较,差异无统计学意义(n P>0.05);术后1个月,微创组眼压(14.31±2.87)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),前房深度(2.24±0.44)mm;超声组眼压(20.18±4.03)mmHg,前房深度(1.86±0.35)mm。微创组眼压、前房深度均优于超声组,差异有统计学意义(n P0.05);术后1个月,微创组视力(0.54±0.21)高于超声组(0.41±0.17),差异有统计学意义(n P0.05), 1 month after surgery, the visual acuity of the combined group(0.54±0.21)was higher than that of the control group(0.41±0.17), and the difference was statistically significant(n P<0.05); 3 months after the operation, the visual acuity of the combined group(0.87±0.27)was higher than that of the control group(0.55±0.19), and the difference was statistically significant(n P<0.05). The incidence in the combined group(8.00%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(n P<0.05).n Conclusion:The clinical effect of minimally invasive photocoagulation combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation is marked in the treatment of glaucoma with cataract.It can effectively control intraocular pressure, deepen the anterior chamber depth, and correct patients′ vision.
