对食用仙人掌茎盘组织的离体培养特性研究结果表明,茎盘组织形态学上端、中端的刺座芽(休眠芽)诱导发育率高,不同层次的刺座芽诱导发育率差异不显著。细胞分裂素6-BA和KT对刺座芽的诱导发育效果好,而单激素KT1.0mg/L水平对刺座芽无明显诱导发育效果。
The results of in vitro culture of edible cactus stem cells showed that the morphological upper and middle terminal buds of dormant buds induced the high developmental rates and the differences in the rate of induced development of thorn buds were not significant. Cytokinin 6-BA and KT had a good effect on the induction of stalk buds, while the single hormone KT1.0mg / L had no obvious effect on the stalk buds.
