本文报告反相离子对高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定强化混合蛋白质中的维生素B_1、B_2和菸酸。色谱柱为C_(18),流动相是庚烷磺酸盐液与甲醇(60∶40V/V),以紫外254nm检测。B_1、B_2和菸酸的最小检出量分别为15,5和6ng。样品分析CV%为4.71,2.6和5.86;回收率为92.21,90.25和92.33%,试样中其他成份对分析干扰很小,是一种筒单,快速,灵敏和精密度较好的测定方法,可作力强化食品和维生素制剂中B_1,B_2和菸酸分析用。
This paper reports the simultaneous determination of vitamin B 1, B 2 and nicotinic acid in fortified mixed proteins by reversed-phase ion-pair high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The chromatographic column was C 18 (18). The mobile phase consisted of heptane sulfonate and methanol (60:40 V / V) and detected by UV at 254 nm. B_1, B_2 and niacin were 15,5 and 6 ng respectively. The CV% was 4.71, 2.6 and 5.86 for sample analysis. The recovery rates were 92.21, 90.25 and 92.33%. The other components in the sample had little interference with the analysis and were a simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate method. Can be used to enhance B 1, B 2 and niacin in food and vitamin preparations.
